I love how the story draws a distinction between being quiet and being shy. Many of us get confused with these two emotional attributes and this book highlights that they are not the same thing. As you read every page the author highlights the rich inner world introverts are blessed with and how they interact with other people in their own unique way. What a simple book to remind us that being quiet is different from being shy and it’s totally acceptable for children to discover their own quietness and be just who they are. Lovely illustrations that capture a child’s imagination.
