I Don't Care

Reading this book to my class sparked off an idea – friends can be like two sides of the same coin – not always the same, but still complementary. This is a cute and delightful rhyming picture book about two pals highlighting that friends can celebrate their unique connection, even if they don't have the same interests, looks, or talent. It's a reminder that even if we aren't the same, we can still find common ground and become even better than ever through our friendship. This book is an ideal way to illustrate the importance of appreciating diversity in the classroom. And, I guarantee that if you are already a fan of Fogliano's other fabulous books, you won't be disappointed with this one either!
